250g smooth low-fat ricotta
200g frozen berries, thawed
1 tsp natural vanilla extract
1 heaped tbsp raw honey
1/2 cup berries, extra, to serve
icing sugar, to serve
1c milk
1c flour
1/3 c extra milk
1 c ricotta
2 c frozen berries
