How would I make mini cupcakes using a regular Cupcake recipe?

this is the recipe i want to use, but i only have a mini-cupcake pan. would i still use the same recipe? and how long should i be cooking it for? how many mini cupcakes would this recipe make?
On how long to cook them, try baking only one as a tester, and do 1/2 the time. If the recipe makes 24 normal size, it will make probably 90 minis.
